Thanks to all of our 2012 volunteers! Come join our 2013 volunteers – it’s a fun way to help your community provide a family event that will be remembered for many years! Plus profits from the Air Show are funneled into local non profit organizations. For a list of last year’s organizations receiving grants, donations, or other support click here.

The Oregon International Air Show is a non-profit sponsored event that donates back revenue to charities and other non-profit organizations within the community. This is possible due to the 1500+ volunteers who donate their time and skills to make the Air Show happen. We welcome both individual and group applications. Clubs, companies, or even families have signed up as a group and made it a special day to support their community – as well as enjoy the camaraderie and air show.

Each year an individual volunteer and one volunteer group are recognized for their long term volunteer commitment to the Air Show. Nominations are solicited from our volunteers. To download a nomination form or view past Volunteers of the Year, please visit the Volunteers of the Year page.

If you want to volunteer as a group, please have the group leader contact our volunteer coordinator via email directly for specific group instructions. A limited number of non-profit groups may be eligible for a cash donation for manning a concession booth (see here for requirements and application for non-profit organizations). All individuals and individuals involved with a group may use the online sign up and you will be notified as soon as you are assigned to a volunteer position. Thank you.
