When do the gates open?
Friday Night Fireworks: Gates open at 5:30 PM, show starts at approximately 6 PM
Oregonian/Oregonlive Saturday & Sunday: Gates open at 9:00 AM, show starts at 12:00 PM
The Air Show recommends that you arrive early enough to account for traffic, detours, road closures and lines to park.

Is each ticket good for one day?
Yes. Each ticket is good ONLY for the day of show purchased.

Can I purchase tickets at the gate with a credit card?
Yes. However, we recommend purchasing your tickets online as ticket lines can be very long at the gates.

Where should I park?
Parking is included with President's Club, Blue Sky Chalet, Beer Garden and Family Garden tickets.

Must show your admission ticket or your pre-paid parking pass to parking lot attendant.

No tailgating, alcoholic beverages, picnicking, cooking/barbecue grilling, camping or loitering in any parking area is allowed.

On-Field Parking: Entrance on NE Cornell Rd. opposite Fairgrounds.

Sunset West Business Park: 1800 NE 25th Avenue. Closest to VIP entrance gate.
(Purchase at entry only)

Intel Jones Farm: Two entrances: 2111 NE 25th Ave. and on NE Griffin Oaks St.
Close to VIP entrance gate. (Free)

Washington County Fairgrounds: Entrance at intersection of NE Cornell Rd. and NE 34th Ave. Close to General Admission Gate. (Purchase at entry only)

Handicap Parking with placard in two locations:

Free On-Field until full: Entrance on NE Cornell Rd. opposite Fairgrounds. Close to General Admission and Reserved Section areas.

Intel Jones Farm: 2111 NE 25th Ave., Close to the Orange Gate.

Is there bicycle parking?
Yes. On Oregonian/Oregonlive Saturday and Sunday, and in partnership with the Washington County Bicycle Transportation Coalition, bicycle parking is available in the Airport Terminal Building parking lot across from the Fairgrounds at: 3355 NE Cornell Rd.

What can I bring to the Air Show?
All bags/carry-in items will be checked by security at the gate.

Necessary items in a small backpack or bag such as medication, baby supplies/food, light clothing/blankets, sunscreen will be allowed.

If you are sitting in general admission, please bring blankets and/or folding chairs as there are no seats provided. Reserve seating provides you with a seat.

Strollers are welcome in the general admission area, Family Garden, Corporate Areas and Chalet Village. Strollers will be parked in designated areas at the back of the reserve seating area.

The Air Show will provide complimentary water in four large water tanks located around the airport grounds as well as bottled water sold at all concession booths. You are allowed to bring EMPTY water bottles into the Air Show with you and fill them with the water from the tanks. If you arrive with a filled water/beverage bottle, you will be asked to empty it before entering the Show.

What is not allowed to be brought into the Air Show?
The Oregon International Air Show is held on airport property and has strict safety procedures. To ensure your safety, please remember the following items are NOT allowed through the Air Show gates:
• ALL types of knives
• Leatherman-type multi-tools
• Guns or weapons of any kind
• Tents/Pop-up canopies
• Large Umbrellas
• Bicycles (bike parking is available at the red gate)
• Coolers/large backpacks
• Food and/or beverages – unless medically necessary (baby formula/food is allowed)
• Glass containers of any kind.
• Fireworks
• No pets of any kind are allowed. Only service animals are allowed through the gate.

Can I leave and re-enter the Air Show?
Yes, but you will need to make sure your hand is stamped prior to leaving. Your ticket will NOT get you back into the Air Show.

Is smoking allowed at the Air Show?
Yes, but for safety reasons it is in designated areas only. These areas will be clearly identified.

Is there any shade?
General Admission, Reserved Seating and Photo Pit ticket holders will be under open sky. Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly and bring plenty of sunscreen. All Chalets, Family Garden presented by MyBinding.com, Corporate Areas and Widmer Brothers Beer Garden ticket holders will have partly covered area and some umbrellas in the seating areas.

What happens if there is inclement weather?
The Air Show happens rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges.

Do veterans receive a discount on tickets?
Yes. Walmart is generously sponsoring the Veteran’s Chalet on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday of Air Show weekend. Reservations are currently being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each Veteran may bring one guest. Apply early as space is limited even though we would like to be able to host all who apply.

Is shuttle service available?
Yes. Two shuttles run a limited shuttle service for senior citizens, disabled and guests.

Between the MAX station at Fair Complex and the Air Show entrance on NE Cornell Rd.

Between Intel Jones Farm parking lot and the Air Show VIP entrance on NE 25th Ave.

What time does the show end?
Ending times vary each day and are subject to change. End-time on Friday Night is approximately 10:00 PM; End-time on Oregonian/Oregonlive Saturday and Sunday is approximately 4:00 PM.

Are there ATM's at the Air Show?
Yes. ATM's are in multiple locations on the airfield.

Can I take public transportation to the Air Show?
Yes. Tri-Met and MAX make frequent stops at or very near Hillsboro Airport entrances. Visit http://www.tri-met.org for schedules.

Yes. If you are a Tri-Met Lift member, contact http://www.tri-met.org for information about their shuttle service to and from the Air Show.
