About the 1940 Boeing Stearman
This aircraft used as a military trainer during WWII and served at bases in Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama. After the war ended, the aircraft was moved to Eagle Field and later sold.
It was used as a crop duster until 1973, when it was disassembled and put into storage. It sat there until 1990, when it was taken out of storage and restored to a standard acrobatic aircraft. Vicky purchased this aircraft in 1998 and has been flying it ever since.
