The Oregon International Air Show is proud to support local non-profit organizations and their fundraising efforts!

We are note accepting ticket donation requests for 2024 at this time.

To best serve your local non-profit organization, please note the following:

FOR 2025 TICKET DONATION REQUESTS

• Our 2025 ticket donation request collection period began January 1, 2024 and will close on December 1, 2024.
• We are currently accepting ticket donation requests for auctions and fundraising events with an event date between January 1, 2025 and July 1, 2025.
• Tickets issued to auctions and fundraisers will be to the 2025 Oregon International Air Show events.
• Tickets will not be able to be exchanged for future events. Tickets are only valid for AND must be used at the show the certificate has been allotted for. No exceptions.

All ticket donation requests received within the 2025 ticket donation request collection period will be processed and sent out by Air Show by January 31, 2025 (date may be subject to change based on the readiness of our ticketing system.)

FOR 2026 TICKET DONATION REQUESTS

• The ticket donation request collection period for 2026 auctions and fundraising events will start on January 1, 2025 and will close on December 1, 2025.
• During this collection period, we will be accepting ticket donation requests for auctions and fundraising events with an event date between January 1, 2026 and July 1, 2026.

All ticket donation requests received within the 2026 ticket donation request collection period are scheduled to be processed and sent out by Air Show by January 31, 2026 (date may be subject to change based on the readiness of our ticketing system.)
