Entry Requirements
The Oregon International Air Show at McMinnville is held on airport property and has strict safety procedures. To ensure everyone’s safety, please remember read through the following lists that share what is and is not allowed through Air Show gates.
NOTE: All bags & carry-in items will be checked at the gates by security for safety reasons.
Permitted Items
To help guests prepare for the Air Show, the following items are permitted within the venue, subject to any noted conditions or limitations.
Assistive devices used for accessibility are permitted, including service animals, walking canes, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids. Small coolers required for valid medical needs are also permitted.
Small backpacks or bags for medications, baby supplies, light clothing, sunscreen.
In accordance with TSA guidelines, empty water bottles are permitted. Bottles must be empty upon entry and may be filled at water stations inside the show. Water is also available for purchase at concession booths.
*Sealed plastic water bottles are permitted
Strollers and wagons are permitted in General Admission and may be parked at the back of Reserved Seating. In Family Garden and President’s Club areas, the purchase of an additional seat is required.
Folding chairs & blankets for the General Admission areas as no seats are provided for General Admission areas.
Restricted Items
To help ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, certain items are not permitted at the Air Show. Please review the list below before arriving at the venue.
Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives of any size or type, and multi-tools with or without blades)
Tents or pop-up canopies
(except for Drive-In guests; canopies MUST be secured)
Large umbrellas or other items that obstruct guests’ views
Bicycles and motorized two-wheeled vehicles, including e-bikes and recreational scooters; mobility scooters used for accessibility are permitted
Large backpacks or camping-style packs intended to carry more than small personal items (such as medications, sunscreen, light clothing, or baby supplies)
Outside food or beverages, unless medically necessary (baby food and formula permitted)
Coolers
(except for Drive-In guests)
Glass containers of any kind, whether full or empty, including bottles, jars, and drinkware
Fireworks of any kind, including sparklers, firecrackers, and other novelty or pyrotechnic items
Pets of any kind. Only trained service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted. For your pet’s safety, please do not leave animals unattended in vehicles
